## 使用方式与用量
|
||
|
||
- **用药时机：** 建议早晨或晚上用[^5]。
|
||
- **用法：皮肤外用**，涂抹于易于吸收且方便日常活动的部位（如手臂、腹部、臀部或大腿内侧）[^1]。以上部位的吸收率大致等同[^12]。无需揉搓，药品干燥后不污染衣物。
|
||
虽然诸说明书均推荐用于较大面积的皮肤或尽量摊薄[^1] [^2] [^5]，但文献上缺乏直接支持<sup>（例如体外研究[^10]和睾酮凝胶研究[^11]）</sup>；有体内研究表明，小面积用药后的吸收率要高于大面积（摊薄）用药，体现在雌二醇浓度峰值和累积剂量更高[^6]。
|
||
关于用药部位之轮换，现有说明书仅提示涂于手臂，或未明确作出推荐[^1] [^2] [^5]；但据[报告](https://github.com/project-trans/MtF-wiki/pull/889)也有医师推荐轮换。无论如何，部位的选择和用药面积应以**是否易受身体活动影响、皮肤或身体是否感到舒适**为准。
|
||
- **用量：每天 1～2 计量尺（2～4 泵），即 2.5～5 g 凝胶** [^5]。
|
||
在较低剂量（约半尺或一泵）下，也可与[补佳乐]({{< ref "estradiol-valerate" >}})等口服片剂合用；此时其更多作为托底之用，可有效避免雌二醇水平回落过低。
|
||
资料中每日使用 1 计量尺（2.5 g），雌二醇的稳态血浆浓度**平均**为 60～80 pg/mL[^1] [^5] [^7]，实际可能稍高或略低[^8]。
|
||
|
||
**注意：**
|
||
|
||
- **不应涂抹于粘膜或乳房处** {{< tag/neg "可诱发乳腺癌！" >}} [^1] [^2] [^5]
|
||
- 凝胶含有酒精（乙醇），故有少许酒精气味；注意避开有伤口的部位使用，否则可能刺激伤口、引起阵痛。未干燥时远离明火。[^2]
|
||
- 涂抹后应待凝胶干燥再着衣，以免衣物误触[^2]。
|
||
- 用后至少一小时避免触水，或涂抹防晒霜等化妆品，以免影响吸收[^2] [^6]。
|
||
- 如在采血前在其周围（如上臂）涂抹过凝胶，可能导致雌二醇检测值错误偏大。
|
||
- 如发现药物效果太强或太弱，请向医生咨询，以调整剂量。
|
||
|
||
## 副作用 [^1] [^2] [^7]
|
||
|
||
- **静脉血栓栓塞** {{< tag/pos "远弱于口服片剂" >}}[^3]

||
- 恶心、腹泻、腹痛、腹胀等胃肠道不适
|
||
- 皮疹、瘙痒、用药部位反应
|
||
- 乳房触痛
|
||
- 体重变化
|
||
- 性功能减退、不育
|
||
- 乳腺癌风险增加
|
||
- 流感样症状（如发热）
|
||
